General Assembly

The main idea is to promote a project per week on our social media.

Instructions: Each project promotion is scheduled for a month. Please, find your month folder here, and find the subfolder with the name of your project. Upload together the photos or video content that they would like us to promote to this folder. The content must be uploaded two weeks in advance. For example, if the month to promote your project is June, you need to upload the content in May. Photos and videos should have good quality, copyright free. We are happy to create the visuals.

Guideline: The content will be shared in Instagram as a post (carousel)

• Upload in the folder the photos you want us to share and the text that you want us to include in the description.
• Text requirements:
• Text should include: a description of the project/ news on the progress of the project/ how people can get involved
• Social media tags or links if you have them.
• Photos requirements:
• Format: 1080x1080px (square)
• Size: minimum 600Kb and more. You can send us bigger photos, but never smaller
• Max of 4 photos
• Video requirements
• Additionally, you can send us up to a 25-sec video to post in the stories.
• What to mention in the video: your name/country/ a description of the project/ news on the progress of the project/ how people can get involved

*We will be including your content in a template, so please send us plain photos/videos, not edited ones.
