Hello again, Sisi, Mimi and Petya!

I just want to add some additional recommendations and instructions from the Consortium that were mentioned during this same meeting with the local facilitators.

EUTEENS4GREEN Consortium has suggested the importance of launching Press Releases to local and national newspapers regarding the project and its activities.
EUTEENS4GREEN Consortium informed about the importance of reporting the attendance of your events, publications in local newspapers (scan or/and URL), etc...

That means that when preparing your technical reports and describing the activities undertaken and events that already took place, it is required also to report any publications about those events in local media or institutions' websites and submit scanned copies of the publications or provide web links(URL).

Meanwhile, Sisi and Mimi - please send to the consortium your tables of changes: Sisi about delay of start of the project implementation, and Mimi - about the change in the team members and actual change of the beneficiary.

Sisi, please message the Cnsortium to ask them about the table of changes formular and about access to your folder with documents. Please also clearly formulate your question about expenditure of the provided advance payment (how to use the money of the advance payment) and what is the condition for the next payment.

Petya, I would like kindly to remind you to correct the invoice and change the Brussels address in the invoice you showed me with the address, name and personal ID number of the beneficiary person who concluded the contract with the Consortium. The beneficiary, as far as I know, is you personally.

And finally, the Consortium fixed the meetings with the Local Facilitators to take place every last Tuesday of the relevant month. For this reason, I suggest that we also fix our monthly meetings and make them happen on the Friday of the previous week (the Friday before the last Tuesday of the month). Do you agree?
