Hello Project Teams,

This is a reminder of the technical and reporting periods you should follow.

PROJECT DURATION: 1 to 4 months

Upload your 1st interim report (covering the 1st month of implementation of your project - April) and your 2nd interim report (covering the 2nd month of implementation of your project - May) by2 July.

You should upload two different reports as they will be processed separately.

If you feel that the initial duration of your project is too short to complete all your activities, you can request an extension to your project duration. Note that an extension to the project duration will not modify the overall budget of your project.

PROJECT DURATION: 5 to 6 months

Upload your 1st interim report (covering the 1st month of implementation of your project - April) by 2 July.

Upload your 2nd interim report (covering months 2 & 3 of implementation of your project -- May & June) until 31 July.

PROJECT DURATION: 7 to 10 months

Upload your 1st interim report (covering months 1 & 2 of implementation of your project -- April & May) by 2 July.

PROJECT DURATION: 11 to 12 months

Upload your 1st interim report (covering months 1, 2 & 3 of implementation of your project -- April, May & June) until 31 July.

IMPORTANT:

Use your Reporting Folder on Google Drive to upload your reports. After completing the reporting tool, finalizing your report and uploading ALL the necessary financial supporting documents, please email the EUTeens4Green Team at assistance.euteens4green@gmail.com informing that you have completed your report using the following template:
